Welcome to Paul Hall and Associates. Paul Hall and Associates was founded in 1988 to serve the insurance needs of rural clients. We are located in Southern Ohio in Mt. Orab. Being from Kentucky, Paul also became licensed in Kentucky to service these clients also. Since then he has expanded to serve many needs with a fifteen member staff.
